Rotterdam is Holland's most modern city that began as a fishing village in the 13th century. The appearance of the city changed during World War 2 when the city was bombed. The Hague is a city on the North Sea coast of the western Netherlands. Its Gothic-style Binnenhof (or Inner Court) complex is the seat of the Dutch parliament, it is also the permanent home of the United Nations' International Court of Justice and the Permanent Court of Arbitration. Why visit this city? Well, it is filled with history and galleries, museums and historical sights- it is a place of pedigree.
