I am Frieda, a passionate advocate for cultural exchange and personal growth. My journey started in school, where I had the privilege of visiting eight countries. Each trip broadened my horizons and deepened my appreciation for diversity, family, and connection across cultures.

Later, I became an au pair in the United States — the last country I visited, and the one that truly transformed my life. Living abroad taught me resilience, independence, and the joy of building bonds across borders.

Those experiences inspired me to help others embark on similar adventures. Today, I send au pairs abroad because I believe in the transformative power of cultural exchange. It’s not just about travel—it’s about creating opportunities for young people to grow, to discover themselves, and to build lifelong memories while making a difference in the lives of families worldwide.
